1. Consultant(s) must be Indian national & Resident of India.
2. Amount paid on account of purchase of product should be made in prescribed application form only to ANMOL LIFE CARE & SECURE MARKETING SERVICES LTD. COMPANY.
3. Amount is Not Refundable or Transferable.
4. In case of Death of any Consultant Nominee will be treated as legal heir, for all Benefits & Purposes.
5. If case of Change of Address it is the Sole Responsibility of the Consultant to fill in the Change of Address form and sent to the Company with a Request Letter.
6. No minor will be Eligible. Any person having Age 18 years and above is only eligible to become a Consultant in a company.
7. Membership is valid for one year and will be renewed on the performance of the member year to year. Member has to get renewed within time period.
8. The products delivered will not be carrying any warrantee and the company is not responsible for any delivered product in any way.
9. Products once delivered will not be exchanged/altered/changed/repaired in anyway.
10. Consultant can not use ALC Logo or Brand name without written permission from company. This permission can be withdrawn at any time by the company.
11. TDS, other statutory taxes and duties shall be deducted from Consultant commission as applicable.
12. The company shall not be liable to any party for any statement, information, assurance of any other acts or deed given and/or done by the Consultant. A Consultant shall be liable to reimburse all costs/charges/expenses/incurred/suffered by the company due to his functions, which are inconsistent with the Company’s framed ALC BUSINESS PLAN.
13. Deposit of Application form to any Consultant by an Applicant shall not be deemed to be deposited to the Company.
14. Any payment received by the Consultant from any person shall not be deemed to be received by the company.
15. Consultant shall not make any false convincing to join the ALC business plan of the company. He himself shall be liable for the same.
16. Consultant shall not do or cause any act, things which will cause any harm, damage to the company and its object Business Promotion Scheme or Plan or any other Activity.
17. All Taxes, Octroi, Packing, Forwarding and Transport Charges Extra. The delivery of products will be in 15 days from date of Joining.
18. Company will abide by the Rules, Changed and Amendment made by the Court.
19. Company can Add, Withdraw and Amend any of the Benefits provided by the Company or Change the Policy Rules and Regulation of the Company without prior Information to the Consultant.
20. In the event of any litigation Mumbai courts shall have jurisdiction and jurisdiction of all other courts is here by excluded.

ALC Basic rules to be followed:

• The commission is calculated on P.V. (Point Value) basis Left and Right side. 1 P.V. = 10 Rs.
• For every sale of Package done by the Consultant P.V. is allotted.
• 10% of the value of the payout shall be paid in the form of voucher to be redeemed against purchase upto 3000.
• 1.5 shall be deducted from the payout as Administrative Charges. Minimum Rs.25/-
• Only Minimum Payout of 300/-Rs shall be issued.
• Local Tax, Service Tax & Vat charges as Applicable.
• Tax paid on Income shall be as 10.3% applicable and necessary certificates shall be issued to the members.
• Nominations may be only change upon written request endorsed by the Member.
• Membership is allowed to any Individual of 18-65 years of age or any Organisation or Company.
• Company turnover always means P.V. (Point Value).
•  Accumulation means carrying forward of Business volume to the next month.
• Repurchase in self code in the same month is mandatory to earn commission.
